Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was in a very convenient location, near the city center and cathedral. The rooms, however, looked nothing like the photos - very worn down and small, in need of a refresh. The service was friendly but struggled to cope with the busy breakfast rush. The dining experience had a varied selection but needed a makeover. Overall, a good spot for exploring the city, but be prepared for some shortcomings.
Staying above the pub made it easy to enjoy few drinks before bed. Rooms had fresh decor and a comfortable bed, but the bathroom paintwork looked tired. The view of the air conditioning unit right next to the window wasn't ideal, and there were issues with a leaking pan macerator throughout the night.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had everything I needed, but the noise from the main road was quite bothersome. The presence of mold in the room was off-putting, especially considering the contrast between the new and old parts of the building. The service was friendly and helpful, with a few quirky moments. The location was ideal for exploring Worcester, though there were some minor flaws. The dining options varied, and the facilities offered were satisfactory.
